Causes of Low Sperm Count

The main cause of infertility in men is low sperm counts. Others may be low sperm motility, bad quality sperms, that the semen, the presence of pus cells in semen and the inability to deposit the semen comes out of the vagina, either because of ejaculation, or because of any sexual dysfunction than erectile dysfunctions. The lower sperm count, more likely you are having trouble fathering a child.

These are the cause of low sperm count: Problems with sperm production of such problems may be genetic (such as Klinefelter's syndrome) or are based on hormonal disorder. Testicular injuries, injuries and diseases that affect the testicles can affect sperm production and cause low sperm count. Nutrient deficiencies and malnutrition, lack of some nutrients (such as zinc, selenium, vitamin C, etc.) can also lead to low sperm count. Overheating too much heat from saunas, hot tubs, etc., can reduce sperm production and lower sperm count. Smoking may impair male fertility, since it is known to reduce sperm count and sperm life span. Drugs and heavy cocaine use marijuana is known to reduce sperm count by 50%.
